Policies and delivery times

1. Print-Ready Files:
Same or next-day delivery, depending on file arrival time and payment. (See our operating hours.)

2. Delivery Options:
Domestic Shipping: We ship nationwide via UPS (shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).
Local Pickup: Available (See our operating hours.)

3. Please Note:
We do not modify any of your print-ready files.
We are not responsible for color differences caused by incorrect files or monitor settings.
Effects not compatible with DTF:
Glows
Gradients
Shadows with Transparency
If your design contains these effects and you choose to print it, it is at your own risk.

4. Files Requiring Organization:
You will be placed in a queue, which may delay processing.
They will be sent to print in order of approval, and the delivery time is counted from the date of receipt of payment.
